July 2nd was a GLORIOUS day

because this gorgeous girl

married this cutie patootie.

It was a beautiful day

and they are an amazing couple.

I cannot wait to see all the incredible things they are going to do together.

The week before we had a little shower/bachelorette dinner for her.

I am so blessed to be surrounded by so many great and dear friends.

Generation Gap ...

While on vacation in California

we went to Disneyland.

As we stood in line for "Tower of Terror"

we were behind a group of tweens.

I was amazed by how many pictures they took

while standing there.

I quit counting after 45.

45 pictures in 12 minutes time!

I began to wonder why I hadn't taken crazy amounts of pictures

like that when I was their age.

And then I remembered.

It is because I had a camera like this ...

that I had to load with this ...

and then had to load this if it was dark.

Ah, the good old days.

Thank heavens for digital!
