I KNOW! I thought at first when I saw the preview for it that it was a joke, or some funny commercial. But then I realized that the Food Network must be getting deperate. When I come up against a quandry regarding food, I don't necessarily think to look to an ex-olympic men's figure skater for his expert advice. Unless, of course, I am training for the Olympics...
